Where do you get your coffee?

We source the best beans from excellent coffee producers around the world, all based on our personality profiles, and we roast them fresh to order. All of our coffee is purchased responsibly, making sure that producers are compensated fairly.

When will I receive my first delivery?

Most of our subscriptions are roasted and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays (whichever day is next to when you purchase). You can typically expect delivery within 1-3 business days once shipped depending on where you’re located.

Can I cancel my coffee plan?

Yes, you can cancel your coffee plan at any time by logging in to your customer page. After you cancel, we'll send you any deliveries that you already paid for, and we'll never bill you again.

Can I put my coffee plan on hold?

Yes - you can change your delivery schedule any time by logging into your dashboard and updating your delivery schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But please contact us at if you live outside of the US. We’re working with some potential partners in new markets and it helps to know where our customers live!

How fresh will my coffee be?

The absolute freshest! We ship your coffee within just hours of roasting it. We roast your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 1-3 days after we roasted it.

Can you grind my beans for me?

We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it at home. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. Make a note on your purchase (there’s a message box under subscription frequency) and also let us know how you prepare your coffee, and we’ll grind for your brewing method.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Absolutely! You can change any of your settings in your account at any time. Rediscovering your awesomeness is an art! We encourage you to make changes to get there!

What if I am getting too much/too little coffee?

We work hard to make sure your daily dose of awesomeness is available to you when you need it most. You have total control over your subscription quantity and frequency. You can adjust this easily from your customer page.
